Sandra V. Phillips

Founder and Director of Operations
CEO, MS, LPC, CADC II, ICADC, NCC, DOT-SAP, CPCS

Sandra V. Phillips is the founder and Director of Operations for Transformation Training Institute, INC. Her passion for teaching and training was one of her motivations for starting a nonprofit organization. The current racial tension among fellow Americans is a primary motivation for creating training nonprofits. She strongly believes multicultural and diversity education is the key to positive change. She started her private practice, Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC, located in Augusta, Georgia area, in 2014. After receiving her BA degree in psychology from the University of West Georgia, where she fell in love with Humanistic Psychology, she later earned an M.Ed. and MS in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. Ms. Phillips is a licensed professional counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor II, Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional, nationally certified counselor, and approved experienced counselor supervisor. She also serves as a trauma specialist in the CRSA, providing debriefings in response to critical incidents. She is honored to work with the armed forces, rendering counseling services to active military members, veterans, and their families as a star behavioral health provider.

Ms. Phillips provides counseling services to a multicultural and diverse population and enjoys working with youth and adults. The belief that “everything begins with a thought” has defined her approach to therapy, with emphasis placed on transformation by renewing the mind. Ms. Phillips offers faith-based counseling upon request and provides individual, couples, group, and family counseling on various issues such as anxiety, grief/loss, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance abuse, and PTSD. She is also an experienced speaker and has presented in schools, churches, community organizations, and corporate offices and enjoys interacting with attendees during training. Ms. Phillips is committed to assisting others to live their best lives.

Tiffany Luke, LPC

Director of Community Outreach

Tiffany Luke is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor, EMDRIA Certified EMDR Clinician, and Certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method who obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Wesleyan College. She acquired her Master of Science in Community Counseling from Columbus State University. Tiffany is the Founder/Owner of Release Restore Redefine Counseling, LLC. For the past 16 years, Tiffany has provided counseling services, crisis intervention, supervision, and program and training development to enhance and serve those in the behavioral health field. Tiffany is passionate about uplifting others while providing counseling, consultation, and support.

As I travel through this life, constantly growing and rediscovering myself, it is my privilege to be able to help others discover all their choices and options life presents.

I have 15 years of psychotherapy experience, inpatient/ outpatient and group work, and 25 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse. I also served five years proudly in the US Navy.

My motto: Try to learn something new every day.

 

 

Victoria Phillips

Administrative Assistant

Victoria is Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC's office manager in Martinez, Georgia. Victoria has worked as an administrative professional in mental health for over three years. Victoria not only provides administrative assistance as an office manager but also assists with setting up and coordinating educational events and IT support for TBH, LLC. Victoria has a passion for client and customer care. Victoria’s leisure interests are cosmetology, music, and being an amateur chef. Victoria is an excellent asset to the team, with a spirit of excellence and cooperation. We are blessed to have Victoria assisting in TTI, INC. existing and future endeavors.

 


Corri Brewer, LPC

Board Member

Corri Brewer is the owner of Brewer Counseling Services, LLC. Ms. Brewer is a Licensed Professional Counselor with ten years of clinical experience. She has been a Nationally Certified Anger Management Specialist since 2017, a Master Addictions Counselor since 2016, and A Certified Life Coach since 2019. Ms. Brewer has focused on helping those seeking healing from adolescent emotional issues, family conflict, parenting, and crisis service needs. Ms. Brewer works with individuals age adolescent and up. She also offers group and family sessions also available.

Tanya Zellner, MPA, MS, LPC

Board Member

Tanya Zellner received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Public Administration from Georgia College and State University, and a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. Ms. Zellner has over 20 years of experience in state government and non-profit and for-profit entities. She brings a wealth of knowledge in non-profit leadership and grants writing. Ms. Zellner is a native of Georgia and currently lives in the middle Georgia area with her husband and son.
